Procover is the ultimate endurance recovery sports drink. It has been scientifically formulated with complex combinations of carbohydrates, proteins, electrolytes, vitamins and amino acids to optimise recovery post exercise.

Procover accelerates recovery and improves subsequent exercise performance by rapidly replenishing carbohydrate stores, limiting post exercise muscle damage, optimising rehydration and enhancing immune function.

The unique formulation allows athletes to individualise their post exercise nutritional intake based on their body weight to maximise recovery. Easily mixed with water, Procover can be conveniently consumed immediately after exercise to accelerate recovery.

With the combination of carbohydrates and protein, Procover replenishes carbohydrate stores 4-8 hours faster than a single sourced recovery drink while limiting post exercise muscle damage and promoting muscle protein growth.

Procover delivers 0.7g per kg of carbohydrates (Maltodextrin & Dextrose) and 0.3g per kg of protein (WPI & Casein) immediately following endurance exercise which creates a greater anabolic environment for muscle recovery and energy replenishment

Directions

Mix 3 level scoops (90g) of Procover into 600ml of water and shake until completely dissolved. Drink within 15 minutes following exercise.

How long after exercise should I drink Procover?
We recommend you consume Procover within 15 minutes of finishing exercise and every hour after that until your next full meal.

What size jar does Procover come in?
Procover is available in a 1.5kg jar.

How do I stop Procover clumping/caking when mixing?
We recommend you use a Pro4mance 650ml Shaker Bottles which contains a wire ball that breaks apart any clumps/cakes. Another method is only adding half of the required water then vigorously shaking the bottle which allows more room for the water to move around and for the Procover powder to mix.

Can I drink Procover before exercise?
A lot of our athletes use Procover as a liquid meal replacement before exercise. We recommend you drink Procover 2 hours before exercise.

Why does Procover contain Whey Protein and Casein?
Combining Whey Protein and Casein provides instant and sustained amino acid absorptions which ensures optimal recovery following exercise.

How can I individualise Procover for the best recovery?
Using the mixing instructions table, you can individualise your Procover intake by using your body weight and mixing the number of scoops recommended for that weight group.

What can I mix Procover with?
You can mix Procover with water or milk depending on your preferred taste.

Should I use less Procover if I am mixing it with milk instead of water?
Yes, Milk contains carbohydrates, proteins, fats and electrolytes. When you mix Procover with milk we recommend you mix halve a scoop less of Procover to avoid consuming excessive nutrients.

How long will the Pro4mance drink last once I mix it with water?
We recommend you consume your Pro4mance products within 24-48 hours of making them.

How do I store my Pro4mance powder?

    I was a little dubious trying a “protein” shake. Others my hubby had previously brought into the house had weird after tastes and just weren’t pleasant to drink who knows if they were any good for me either.
