Returns Policy

We will accept all returns on full priced items. If you are not happy with your item, we’re not happy. To apply for a refund, contact our customer service team – [email protected]. Our friendly staff will help you organise all the information needed to ensure a quick resolution or refund for the item. We do ask you to leave some feedback regarding the product/service via email or phone call to enable us to build a better product/service in the future for all our athletes. Please notify us within 7 working days of delivery to be eligible for a refund.

Faulty or Incorrect Goods

Please check your delivery immediately upon receiving your package and notify us within 7 days of delivery if the items are damaged or do not comply with any of the contract. Where a claim of defect or damage is made the items shall be returned by you to us at the Return Address below. You will be entitled to a full refund (including delivery costs) plus any return postal charges.

We ask that you pack the item securely using the original packaging and return them to us. The items to be returned should clearly show the order number obtained from the seller, on/in the package so we know where to send the refund. Before sending your item back, please contact our customer service team – [email protected] to explain the issue and we will organise the required information to ensure your refund.

How long does it take to process my return?

Once your return has been received at our warehouse, your return request will be processed within 1-3 business days. Once processed, your financial institution can take 3-5 business days to process the funds back to your account. Please also allow 2-4 business days for Australia Post to return your parcel to our warehouse.

Can I return a sale or discounted item?

Unfortunately not! However, if the product is faulty, then we will be more then happy to accept the item back as long it meets our return policy.

Will I receive a full refund?

Unfortunately, our payment partners do not issue us a refunds for the payment service fees on your order’s transaction, so you will receive your full refund amount minus their payment fees.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Returning an item is 100% free if your item is faulty, damaged or you received an incorrect item. When you initiate your return with us, we ask that you pack the item securely using the original packaging and post them back to us. We will refund the cost of returning the item with your selected method of return. If you apply for a refund for any other reason, return shipping will be you at your own cost.
