Postage and Delivery

COVID-19 impacts – We are working hard to deliver your products as quick as possible, but the impacts of the pandemic are causing some delays in postage.  We thank you for your patience.

We use Australia Post for all of our deliveries.
All Australian orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of receiving your order.
If an item is out of stock, and remains unavailable for 48 hours, you will be notified immediately.
All of our orders are tracked through Australia Post, which means if you are not present to collect the order, the driver will either leave your order in a safe location, or leave a card which you can use to pick your order up at your local post office.

If parcel delivery is attempted and unable to be completed your parcel will be taken to the nearest post office to be collected. If the parcel is not collected in the specified time your parcel will then be returned to our packing facility. If this occurs a $10 shipping fee plus a $10 admin fee will be charged to you before your parcel can be re-sent

Estimated Delivery Times – Australia

These delivery times are as per Australia Post guidelines.

  • Delivery within Sydney 2-3 working day
  • Delivery to Melbourne 3-4 working day
  • Delivery to Brisbane 4-5 working day
  • Delivery to Adelaide 2-3 working days
  • Delivery to Perth 5-6 working days
  • Regional areas add 2 days to the above

Express Shipping within Australia

Express shipping charges will be calculated at Checkout.
Please be aware not all regions in Australia are Australia Post Express Post Guaranteed. For Express Post articles sent to or from a location that is not in an Express Post guaranteed network, Australia Post provides the fastest possible delivery using its normal network arrangements.

Postage Cost within Australia:

All orders have a flat rate $10 shipping fee.

Tips For Faster Delivery

If there’s a chance no one will be at home during business hours, it is better to supply a work address for delivery. If you are not at the specified delivery address to receive the parcel, a card will be left so you can pick it up from your closest post office. Sometimes cards get accidentally discarded, so if you believe your parcel should have arrived, please check with your local post office as your parcel could be waiting for you.

All orders prior to 4pm EST are processed in our system and picked, packed and dispatched the next working day. Any orders after this time will not be processed until the next working day.

We use PayPal or Eway for all of our transactions. Your information will be safe and secure, every time you visit as our transaction partners handle all of your payment details. We provide a range of payment methods including VISA, Mastercard and Paypal to ensure your checkout is smooth.
