Serves 1
1 cup of mixed berries
1 tsp Acai powder
1/3 cup rolled oats
2/3 cup coconut water
1 banana
1/3 cup shredded coconut
Toppings of choice:
Strawberries, kiwi, mixed seeds, coconut flakes
In a medium bowl, mix together the oats and coconut water. Cook in the microwave for 3 mins or until cooked. In a blender place all ingredients and blend until smooth. Pour back into bowl and heat in microwave for a further 2 mins or until desired temperature is achieved. Top with chosen toppings and enjoy!
