1/2 cup rolled oats
1 cup milk of choice
1/2 cup kale
2 tbsp greek yoghurt
Toppings of choice, we used oats, kiwi, coconut flakes, chia seeds, strawberries
in a medium bowl, mix together the oats and milk. cook in microwave for 3 mins or until cooked. In a blender add the kale, banana, greek yoghurt and cooked Amy’s Grains. Blend until smooth. Pour back into bowl and heat in microwave for another 2 mins or until desired temperature is achieved making sure to mix every few mins. Top with chosen toppings, serve and Enjoy!
