Healthy Apple Crumble

SERVES 8

1 cup rolled oats
1 cup whole meal flour
½ cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 tablespoons coconut oil
3-4 granny smith apples

Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Add coconut oil & mix. Peel and dice apples. Place diced apples into a lightly greased baking dish. Spread crumble mixture across the top of apples. Place in a preheated 180°C oven for 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve with Greek yogurt. Enjoy!
