Blueberry smoothie bowl

serves 1

1/3 cup rolled oats
1 tbs chia seeds
2/3 cup milk
1 banana
1/2 cup blueberries
2 tbs yoghurt
2 scoops Pro4mance vanilla WPI

Toppings:
Mixed berries, shredded coconut and mixed seeds

Place oats, chia seeds and milk into a bowl and allow to soak overnight. In the morning, place all ingredients in the blender with the oat mix and blend until smooth. Pour into a bowl, top with berries, coconut and seeds. Enjoy!
