Savoury Multigrain Crackers

Makes 40-50 Crackers

2 cups Amy’s Grains
1 cup mixed seeds and nuts
2 tbs ground flaxseed
2 tbs Chia seeds
1 cup wholemeal flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup olive oil
1 cup greek yoghurt

Preheat oven to 180deg and line 2 baking trays with baking paper. In a food processor combine Amy’s Grains, the mixed seeds and nuts, flaxseed and Chia seeds. Processes until fine. Add flour, baking soda and salt and process until combined. While the food processor is on slowly pour in oil. Add yoghurt and process until the mixture begins to stick together to form a dough. Add more yoghurt (1 tbs at a time) if the dough is too dry. Remove dough from food processor and on a floured bench roll into a ball. Cling wrap dough and place in the fridge for 10mins. Remove and on a well floured bench roll out to desired thickness, cut into desired shape (we suggest circles or squares). Place crackers onto lined trays (they do not spread while baking) and bake for 15mins or until just brown. Time will vary depending on your oven and how thick you have rolled the dough. Allow to cool and serve with your favourite dip, cheese or spread. Enjoy!
