Procover Smoothie

Serves 1

2-4 scoops of Procover (depending on your weight)
1 banana
2 tbsp peanut butter
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 cup milk (add more or less depending on how thick you like it)
1/2 cup ice

Place all ingredients in a blender & blend until smooth. Serve & Enjoy!
