Choc Peanut Chia Seed Pudding

Serves 2

1/4 Cup black or white Chia seeds (we used a mix)
1 cup of milk
1/4 cup peanut butter
1 tbsp cocao
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla

Mix together Chia seeds, cinnamon and cocao in a bowl. Add vanilla and milk and stir until combine. While whisking add peanut butter until combined evenly through mixture. Divide mixture between 2 bowls or glasses. Place in fridge and allow to set overnight. Garnish with fresh berries and yogurt to serve.

If a smooth consistency is preferred, once set place mixture into a food processor or use a stick mixture and pulse until smooth. Divide mixture into 2 serves and allow to set for 3-4 hours before serving. Enjoy!
