1/2 cup Amy’s Grains
1 scoop Procover
1 cup milk of choice
Toppings of choice, we used greek yoghurt, kiwi, strawberries, banana, chia seeds and coconut flakes
In a medium bowl, mix together Amy’s Grains, Procover and 1/2 cup of milk. Leave in the fridge over night to soften. In the morning add the other 1/2 cup of milk and place in microwave for 2 1/2 mins or until cooked (time will vary between microwaves). Top with favourite toppings, serve and Enjoy!
