Fried Honey Banana

Serves 1

1 banana, sliced (don’t slice to thin)
1 tablespoon honey
Sprinkle cinnamon
1 1/2 teaspoons coconut
Greek yoghurt to serve

Mix honey and banana in bowl. Place banana slices in a non stick pan, sprinkle with coconut & cinnamon & cook on low heat each side for 2 minutes. Serve warm with Greek yoghurt. Enjoy!!
