Double Choc Chewy Protein Bars

Makes 20 bars

2 cups rolled oats
2 cups Pro4mance Choc WPI
1/3 cup choc chips
12 dates
1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
1 tbs Tahini
2 tbs Peanut butter
1 cup warm water

Line a slice tray with baking paper and set aside. In a large bowl mix 1 1/2 cups of rolled oats, the WPI and choc chips. In a food processor, place the rest of the oats (1/2 cup) and dates and blitz until fine. Add Tahini, Peanut butter, coconut oil and warm water and blitz again until well combined. Pour wet mixture into the dry mixture and mix well. Pour into prepared tray, spread evenly and place in the fridge overnight to set. Remove and cut into bars. Store in an airtight container. Enjoy!
