Banana Icecream


6 frozen bananas slightly thawed
3 tablespoons of greek or probiotic low fat yoghurt

Remove skin from bananas. Place bananas and yoghurt in a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into a bowl, cover and put in freezer for 4-5 hours or until frozen.
Remove and serve by itself, with your favourite fruit or as an extra treat some chocolate topping. Very healthy and very yummy dessert or sweet snack. Enjoy!
