500g ground chicken (turkey works well too)
1 large ripe avocado – cut into chunks
½ cup bread crumbs
1 clove of garlic, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
Toss the chunks of avocado, bread crumbs and garlic together. Blend mixture into ground chicken being careful not to mush the avocado. Form into 4 patties and grill until cooked through. Serve with salad or as a hamburger with a wholemeal bun & salad. Enjoy!
