Chia Seed Breakfast Bowl

Serves 1

2 tbs Chia seeds
1/2 cup milk (any milk you choose)
1 tsp honey (can use maple syrup or rice malt syrup)

To Serve:
1 sliced Banana
1/2 cup mixed Berries
1/2 cup Greek Yoghurt
small handful of whole or chopped nuts
1 1/2 tsp dried cranberries
2 tsp mixed seeds
sprinkle of coconut flakes

The night before in a small jar or container mix together the Chia Seeds, milk and honey. Place on lid and refrigerate over night. In the morning empty Chia Seed mix into a bowl, add serving ingredients and Enjoy!
Mix up your serving ingredients with different fruits, nuts, seeds, coconut yoghurt or breakfast toppers.
